Self-Serve Guidelines for a Clean, Safe & Fun Froyo Experience
The self-serve format of the soft-serve machines and toppings bar at Froyo Twist requires the implementation of certain procedures and restrictions, including adult supervision of children, in order to optimize sanitary conditions and reduce food waste.
• Touching the dispensing areas/spigots on the soft-serve machines with one’s hands or fingers is prohibited.
• Any products dispensed from the soft-serve machines must be weighed and purchased, and cannot be discarded or abandoned.
• Our toppings are portioned into little cups for freshness, neatness, cleanliness, hygienic purposes…and parental portion control purposes.
• If topping cups are selected, the entirety of their contents must be weighed and purchased.
• All toppings are pay-by-weight just like the froyo. The contents of the toppings cups can be weighed:
2) in your froyo cup (poured in), or
3) combining both of these methods.
